About Jake and Judy

Jake has been in real estate for over 25 years. His wife Judy was licensed for over 15 years. Currently Judy works as an unlicensed assistant. Jake and Judy met at Bible College in the early 80's which is where they bought their first house. This was a profitable experience and gave both Jake and Judy an early interest in Real Estate. For about 7 years Jake and Judy owned and managed Erb Real Estate Ltd., a medium sized company with 3 offices. In 1999 they sold the company in order to dedicate themselves to working exclusively to working with buyers and sellers. This has always been the most rewarding part of their business. The secret to Jake and Judy's success is their network of repeat and referral clients; in other words, its their commitment to each client that insures their success.

Personal Profile

Jake and Judy have 5 children ages 16-26 years of age. They are active participants in their local church and serve on the board of directors of Woodland Christian High School and Bible for Missions Store. Everyone in the family either sing, play guitar, keyboards or drums. They regularly lead their church in worship. Their 2 oldest boys have each traveled overseas participating in a gospel music ministry.

Business Philosophy

Jake and Judy quietly go about the business of selling real estate without a lot of fanfare. Their mission is to serve their clients in the same way they would want to be served if they were in their place. In selling real estate they believe that the sage old advice of the Golden Rule still applies. "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you".

Business Area

Jake specializes in the sale of homes in and around Kitchener, Waterloo, Elmira, New Hamburg and Cambridge. Jake's background in farming has helped him maintain an effective presence in the sale of agricultural properties as well.
